Change Your Mood & Energy
What can we do when we need to ‘change up’ our mood and energy, blue Monday or otherwise?
Clarification - This is not about clinical depression. I’ve been there, and it can’t be instantly cured by having a run in the woods. I acknowledge and have experienced that medical intervention is needed for this.
These resources are not about clinical depression, but instead looking at how we might switch up or down our moods and energy to suit what we need to get done at that moment - e.g. Using activities from your dopamenu to energise and motivate - or using hacks and tips to ‘wind down’ when our brains just won’t switch off when we want them to.
