Who we are

The ADHD Collective is a vibrant UK-based online suite of support, resources, coaching and community for adults with ADHD.

We welcome individuals at any stage of their ADHD journey—diagnosed, undiagnosed, or simply relating to the traits.

Originating from ADHD Unlocked in 2020 and evolving into a Social Enterprise in 2022, we support, connect, and educate our members while reinvesting the majority of our profits into providing free coaching and memberships for those in need.

Members enjoy 24/7 access to peer support, engaging in discussions, seeking advice, and sharing experiences in a judgment-free zone.

Our unique offerings include chat rooms, focus rooms, online co-working spaces, and a private social platform for uninterrupted connection.

Our personal growth challenges and comprehensive resource library offer tools for focus, well-being, and productivity enhancement, alongside a deep dive into ADHD understanding through videos, webinars, and group coaching.

Experience live, interactive sessions such as group coaching, webinars, self-care sessions, accountability meetings, and expert Q&As through our diverse Zoom meet-ups, designed to promote connection, learning, and personal growth, complete with reminders for all activities.
