One-to-One
ADHD Coaching
The ADHD Collective recommends independent coaches that fit our values and methodology. ADHD coaching is built on our strong belief that to live better, you need a clear understanding of your ADHD brain.
There’s no ‘one size fits all’ here. Our recommended coaches offer one-to-one bespoke support, so you can develop the structures and strategies that work for you.
They welcome private as well as Access to Work clients, and can help you with your Access to Work application too. As well as one-to-one coaching, they also offer ‘Coping Skills and Strategies training’ Access to Work packages.
