Michelle Beckett
Director of The ADHD Collective and ADHD Coach
Michelle has been coaching, training, and mentoring since 2008, with a focus on adults with ADHD since her own diagnosis at 44 in 2017.
As Founder and Co-Director of The ADHD Collective, she has created an innovative UK support community, drawing on her extensive experience as a business coach and her advocacy work, including founding ADHD Action and the All-Party Parliamentary Group for ADHD.
Michelle is a published co-author of a scientific consensus paper on ADHD in women, holds multiple professional certifications, and is committed to reducing stigma and supporting adults with ADHD through education, empathy, and expertise.
Lucy Maudsley
Director of The ADHD Collective and ADHD Coach
Lucy is an ADHD coach with over 20 years’ experience in education, strategic planning, and training, particularly in anti-prejudice and ED&I. Her background includes mentoring diverse teams and collaborating with stakeholders from schools to government ministers, giving her deep insight into varied professional contexts.
After family ADHD diagnoses in 2012, Lucy immersed herself in research, training, and advocacy, working with neurodiverse children and adults.
As Co-Director of The ADHD Collective alongside Michelle Beckett, Lucy brings extensive expertise and commitment to this pioneering UK community supporting adults with ADHD. She holds a Master’s degree and additional qualifications in ADHD coaching, autism awareness, and life coaching.
