There's lots of reasons why we find habits harder than the neurotypicals - you guessed it, it's all to do with our ADHD brains. We love structure, yet we hate structure. What a daily battle that is. 

Wouldn't it be great if we could just do the important stuff on autopilot, without all that wasted brain energy of deciding when to do it/forcing ourselves to?
