Michelle has been coaching, training and mentoring individuals and businesses since 2008, and working with adults with ADHD since 2017.
Diagnosed in 2017 at the age of 44 with ADHD, Michelle has since become an advocate for reducing stigma and widening understanding of ADHD through the charity she founded, ADHD Action and later through The ADHD Collective.
Michelle has spearheaded a community for ADHD adults in the UK, and turned her many years experience as a business and mindset coach, mentor and trainer to empathetically educate, support others with the condition.
Michelle is an experienced and successful ADHD/AuDHD coach and is Founder and Co Director of the ADHD Collective, an innovative UK adult ADHD support community.

Michelle’s Pricing
Her one-to-one sessions are usually scheduled in advance on a fortnightly basis for a set number of pre-agreed sessions (usually 3 or more). Shorter sessions, longer sessions and one offs/emergency/top up sessions are available. More frequent sessions can also be arranged.
Core sessions are usually 50 minutes long, plus a 10 minute admin/prep, so you are charged at an hourly rate. This provides an opportunity to establish action steps for the coming weeks. Shorter sessions, longer sessions and accountability / one off sessions are also available.
Prices vary according to package length and type of support. but range from £75-£150 per session.
If you have a grant from Access to Work and your quoted fee per session is less than this, do book an intro call as there are usually ways to manage this and work with Michelle within your grant parameters.
