Holiday Planning Stress and Challenges Survey

Planning and going on a holiday can be a challenging experience for adults with ADHD.

From the executive function challenges of planning a trip and booking time off work; to the anxiety of losing important documents like passports; and the difficulties of packing and making decisions; there are many obstacles to overcome.

Time blindness can lead to being late for trains or flights, and sensory overload can make crowded airports and new environments overwhelming.

This survey aims to identify the main stresses and challenges you face when going on a trip, so we can better understand and support you in enjoying your holidays to the fullest.
