FAQs about Membership
What is The ADHD Collective?
The ADHD Collective is a membership community for adults with ADHD or AuDHD who want support, structure and connection. We offer coach-led sessions, practical tools, accountability spaces, a replay vault and a warm, active community. It’s run by coaches and mentors Michelle Beckett (founder) and Lucy Maudsley
Who is the membership for?
Adults with ADHD or AuDHD — diagnosed or self-identifying — who want understanding, guidance and a community that genuinely gets it. Many members are professionals, parents, creatives, students or entrepreneurs who want life to feel easier and more manageable.
Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to join?
No. Many members join before diagnosis or while they’re figuring things out. If ADHD traits affect your life, you’re welcome here.
What’s included in the membership?
You get a monthly masterclass, plus support-group style coaching workshops, casual meetups, a guided accountability session, bite-sized coaching ‘lives’ and AIR reflection weeks — adding up to several hours of coach time every month. You also get full access to our Replay Vault, which now includes over 100 hours of past sessions and coaching content. All live sessions are shown clearly in our calendar area {LINK} with termly timetables so you can plan ahead, and you can subscribe to the calendar feed to keep everything in one place. You’ll also have access to our private Facebook community for everyday support and connection.
How much time do I need to take part?
As much or as little as you choose. Some members join one or two sessions a month. Others come to everything. All sessions sit nicely on the calendar, and replays of Masterclasses mean you never miss out on those.
What if I can’t attend sessions live?
Masterclasses are recorded and added to the Replay Hub. You can rewatch whenever suits you. There are also slideshows of the presentations and some have downloadable guides and workbooks.
How do live sessions work?
Sessions run on Zoom and some on Facebook live. Some are more structured (like the masterclass), while others are conversational and supportive. Masterclasses have chat-box interaction but no cameras for the participants. You can have your camera off, join quietly, or participate fully in the other sessions— whatever feels right.
I’m worried I’ll fall behind. Can that happen?
No. The Collective isn’t a course with deadlines or homework. It’s a community with recurring sessions you can dip in and out of. AIR Weeks also build in breathing space so you’re not overwhelmed.
What is the Replay and Resource Hub?
A growing library of past masterclasses, workshops and bite-sized coaching videos. It’s ideal if you prefer learning at your own pace or catching up when life is busy.
What is the private Facebook group like?
Friendly, warm and low-pressure. Michelle and Lucy post regularly to encourage members to share wins, challenges and questions. We post reminders, micro-coaching and occasional Lives.
Are the sessions suitable for AuDHD members?
Yes. We work with many autistic ADHDers. Sessions are structured, predictable and sensory-considerate. You’re never put on the spot, and participation is always optional.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel whenever you want. You’ll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer 1:1 coaching as well?
Yes. Some members benefit from 1:1 coaching on top of the membership. You can ask us for details anytime. This is a separate cost payable to your chosen coach. Our recommended coaches accept Access to Work funding too.
Is the membership suitable if I’m in therapy?
Absolutely. Many members use the Collective alongside therapy. Therapy supports healing; the Collective supports everyday life, routines and ADHD-specific challenges and a very specific understanding of your ADHD ‘profile’.
What’s the difference between the masterclass, support groups and meetups?
• Masterclass: structured teaching with tools and strategies
• Support groups/workshops: small-group coaching and shared problem-solving
• Casual meetups: relaxed connection without an agenda
• Accountability: focused planning lead by a coach, sometimes themed.
• Bite-sized coaching: quick hits of practical advice
Do I need to talk in sessions?
No. You can come along, listen and take what you need. Participation is always a choice but we feel you get most out of the sessions if you can join in, even if just a little bit.
What if I’m nervous about joining?
That’s really common. Many members started the same way. You’re welcome to join a session quietly, watch a replay first, or join with your camera off.
Who runs the Collective?
The community is led by ADHD coaches and mentors Michelle Beckett (founder) and Lucy Maudsley, who bring lived experience, specialist training and a very supportive approach to every part of the membership.
