This is a webinar about self-care when you’re struggling, because of your ADHD, or since we experiences many occurring conditions, when we have lots of other things piled on top.

We’ll explore how to lower the bar, take pressure off yourself, and find simple ways to keep going. Struggling is not weakness — it’s a sign to pause and adjust. Gentle, realistic steps still count as progress, find out how and give yourself permission to help yourself.
