Arguments & ADHD
There’s a whole load of reasons why ADHDers are far more likely to find themselves in the middle of arguments.
Some are to do with our brain wiring and chemistry, some because of embedded patterns like failing to set boundaries, and some are that we are more likely to end up in unhealthy relationships (not just with intimate partners - but with managers, friends, family…)
Part one shows us WHY and HOW these arguments occur, which is one of the most important keys to tackling this. Part two explores strategies and toolkits.
