Holiday and Trip Stress Part One

The challenges we face with planning, packing, travelling and enjoying trips away from home

Planning and going on a holiday can be a challenging experience for many adults with ADHD.

From the executive function challenges of planning a trip and booking time off work; to the anxiety of losing important documents like passports; and the difficulties of packing and making decisions; there are many obstacles to overcome.

Time blindness can lead to being late for trains or flights, and sensory overload can make crowded airports and new environments overwhelming.

In part one we get to grips with the challenges that face us when planning trips away from home.
