Privacy and Data Policy for The ADHD Collective coaches (Lucy Maudsley and Michelle Beckett)

- Session Notes: Information and insights shared during coaching sessions. 

- Website Data: Data from The ADHD Collective website, including IP addresses and cookies. 

-Occasionally and with prior and explicit consent of both parties, the audio or video recording of a coaching session.

- Intake forms and agreements 

- Emails, phone calls, or messaging 

- Coaching sessions on Zoom 

- Payment transactions 

-Your interaction with ADHD Collective membership services

- Secure storage for any physical records (Notes kept in locked filing cabinet with non identifying codes for coaches use).

Your data will only be kept for as long as necessary: 

- Coaching records: Retained for 2 years following your last session. This is to ensure you can access this information if you so wish, or we pick-up and continue coaching, 

- Financial records: Kept for 7 years to comply with UK tax requirements. 

  

9. Your Rights 

You have the right to: 

- Access: Request a copy of the data I hold about you. 

- Correction: Ask for inaccuracies to be corrected. 

- Erasure: Request data deletion if no longer needed. 

- Restriction: Limit how your data is processed. 

- Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format, though handwritten notes will be scanned and not typed up.
